Access to paid digital books and interactive reading portals requires the generation of a secure member account. By initiating registration, you agree to:

• Legal Capacity: Declare that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual framework.
• Information Accuracy: Supply complete, true, and active details during signup, including a verified email address and cellular contact number.
• Credentials Safeguard: Maintain absolute confidentiality of your login passwords. You agree not to distribute or sell account credentials. The account is personal and may not be shared under any circumstances.
• Responsibility for Activity: Accept full responsibility for all activities, checkout submissions, manual invoice uploads, and actions occurring under your account profile.

When you complete an order checkout and acquire a paid ebook on Lagani Shiksha, you are purchasing a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read that digital product.

This transaction does not transfer any ownership rights, copyright titles, structural layouts, graphic assets, database records, source files, or trademarks to the purchaser. All intellectual property remains the property of the Company or its verified publishing authors.

To maintain paid content protection and prevent concurrent access exploits, the system monitors concurrent sessions:

• Device Limit Constraint: Account access is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) active devices. The system records session details to verify device signatures.
• Concurrent session Lock: Concurrent reader requests from different IP subnets or devices will trigger an automated security block, restricting reader controls.
• Device Reset Protocol: If a device change occurs, users can request a device reset from their dashboard panel, which is subject to administrator review.

Prices, promotional campaigns, bundle offers, and coupon structures displayed on checkout gates are decided by the Company and subject to change without notice.

All commercial transactions on our site are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). In compliance with Nepalese tax laws, we issue legally numbered sales invoices containing standard corporate PAN/VAT registration credentials.

Users must supply authentic billing coordinates, PAN/VAT values (where corporate tax rebate is needed), and payment credentials. Access to purchased digital ebooks is granted only after successful settlement verification.

Users enrolled in the Lagani Shiksha Partner/Affiliate program agree to follow strict guidelines:

• Prohibition of Self-Referrals: You are strictly forbidden from purchasing ebooks through your own referral links, coupon codes, or nested profiles to generate cashback commissions.
• Anti-Spam Regulations: Affiliates must not spam referral links on public forums, social comments sections, or via unsolicited email lists.
• Brand Bidding Restraints: You must not run Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing campaigns targeting trademark phrases like "Lagani Shiksha", "Nepse Bajar", or related terms.
• Payout Review Hold: Payout requests are subject to an administrative hold (up to 14 business days) for anti-fraud review before funds are dispatched to Nepalese bank accounts or wallets.

You agree to use our website and learning tools in a lawful, respectful, and secure manner. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication walls, session security checks, device counts, or DRM structures.
• Deploy crawlers, scraper scripts, extraction nodes, or headless browsers inside the secure reader space.
• Execute reverse-engineering, security scanning, vulnerability tests, or overload our hosting systems.
• Submit false or altered transaction reference screenshots to bypass manual billing gates.
• Harass support staff, publish defamatory comments, or use our rating tools for promotional spam.

The platform name, the custom HTML secure reader, user interface patterns, brand elements, graphics, source codes, sitemap files, database coordinates, and ebook collections are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Usage of our services does not grant you the right to utilize the "Lagani Shiksha" or "Nepse Bajar" branding, logos, trademarks, or visual assets for commercial or external distribution.

We work to maintain high availability and reliability for Lagani Shiksha. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security hotfixes, external hosting anomalies, API settlement issues, and connectivity disruptions can affect system accessibility.

The Company reserves the right to modify, relocate, rename, or recompile dashboard setups, ebook structures, sitemaps, and features at any time to preserve security, performance, or legal compliance.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account access and revoke your digital licenses, without notice or refund, if we reasonably determine that:

• You have violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy guidelines.
• You have attempted piracy, data scraping, or distributed paid ebook assets.
• You have bypass-tested payment nodes, shared credentials, or engaged in manual invoice forgery.
• Your account represents an active threat to platform security or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of Nepal, in no event shall Abilash Media Private Limited, its corporate directors, founders, officers, employees, publishing authors, or affiliates, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation of liability encompasses, but is not limited to: financial losses, loss of profits, stock market transaction losses, investment capital erosion, database connectivity issues, data loss, user reliance on learning resources, or platform access downtime.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, authors, and affiliates, from and against all legal claims, liabilities, damages, operational losses, tax assessments, and expenses (including reasonable attorney and court fees) arising from:

• Your unauthorized access, usage, or distribution of platform digital resources.
• Your violation of any statement or covenant in these Terms.
• Your infraction of third-party copyright, intellectual property, or data security rights.
• Your execution of affiliate referral fraud or manual check out invoice forgery.

These Terms, digital transactions, partner affiliate records, and license arrangements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nepal.

Any controversy, legal action, suit, copyright challenge, or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, platform accessibility, or purchase actions shall be submitted to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chitwan or Kathmandu, Nepal.
